CHANGING ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

HEADLAMP BULB DISMANTLING

Gently loosen the headlamp
mounting bolt both sides
from headlamp bowl.

Gently pullout the headlamp
rim along with reflector
assembly.

Disconnect head lamp
coupler.

Remove the protective rubber
cap over the bulb.

Gently press the bulb holding
clip and release it from the
slot in the reflector.

Remove the bulb from the
reflector.
