4.4 Troubleshooting

4.5 Cleaning and maintenance by qualified persons
Maintenance work that is not listed in Chapters 4.2 - 4.4 may only be carried out
by the ROWI Service Centre (see Chapter 5). In the case of maintenance work
within the first 24 months that has not been carried out by persons or companies
authorized by ROWI, all warranty claims shall become null and void.

The appliance
switches off during
operation.
The thermal protection
switch has triggered. The
appliance has exceeded
the maximum permissible
temperature.
The anti-tipping switch has
triggered.
The temperature set at the
thermostat is above
the room temperature.
Switch the appliance off,
by moving the ON/OFF
switch to "0FF" and pull the
power plug out of the
socket. Allow the appliance
to cool down for several
minutes. Check the air inlet
and air outlet openings and
remedy the cause of the
overheating before restart-
ing the appliance.
Make sure that the
appliance is in a vertical
position and not exposed to
any extreme tilting.
Increase the heating tem-
perature by pressing the
"MODE" button.
Appliance does not
start.
No power or voltage too
low.
The appliance is not
switched on.
The temperature set at the
thermostat is above
the room temperature.
Make sure that the connector
is plugged into the socket.
Check the power supply volt-
age.
Press the ON/OFF switch
(see Fig. 3, No. 4).
Increase the heating tempera-
ture by pressing the "MODE"
button.
