Condensation in the room
The room temperature is too low.
The appliance is too noisy
Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface
The appliance stops
Programmed operating period has run out.
Is the water level indicator blinking?
Optimum humidity level set.
The pre-heated mist function doesn’t produce
any warm humidity
Even if the water is heated in the base, the mist
produced doesn’t feel warm due to the fact it is
so fine and is cooled rather quickly from the air
in your home.
There is white dust around the appliance
This is a sure sign that the cartridge needs
replacing. If white dust still accumulate around
the product despite the change of the anti-calc
cartridge or if you live in a hard water area,
use preferably distilled water.
There is a difference between the humidity
level read by the humidifier and the one read
by an external hygrometer
Not all hygrometers are calibrated the same,
and most are off by +/- 5%. Moreover, the humi-
dity level is not the same in the whole room as
the air circulation is different in every corner of
the room. Besides,do not place the device near
a heater or a radiator as the heat will absorb
all of the moisture.”
