Using and handling of rechargeable batteries.
Safety instructions for the battery charger
- Use only the rechargeable batteries HSC18650-GP260, ICR18650-26F or
INR18650E2600.
These can be purchased from the manufacturer. The use of other types
of battery can lead to injury or fire.
- Charge batteries only in chargers recommended by the battery manufacturer.
Charging batteries in a charger intended for other types of battery can cause fire.
- When not in use, keep the battery away from staples, coins, keys, nails, screws or
other metal objects which could bridge the contacts on the battery.
A short circuit
between the battery contacts can lead to burns or fire.
- Fluid can leak from the battery if the device is used incorrectly.
Wash your skin
with water should the fluid come into contact with your skin. Should the fluid come into
contact with your eyes, rinse with water and seek medical attention. Fluid leaking from
batteries can lead to irritation or burns.
- Protect the battery against heat (e.g. heater) or direct sunlight.
Overheated batteries
can explode.
- Do not incinerate the battery - risk of explosion.
- Never attempt to open the battery.
- Do not dispose of spent batteries with the household waste. Take them to a
recycling facility.
- This battery charger can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the battery charger in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children
shall not play with the battery charger. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
- The supply cord cannot be replaced.
If the cord is damaged the appliance should be
scrapped.
- This battery charger may only be used to charge li-ion cells type INR18650E2600
2600 mAh, HSC18650-GP260 2600 mAh, ICR18650-26F 2600 mAh.
