What will ROSSWAN PURE do if your ROSSWAN PURE device is
defective? If you discover a covered defect in your ROSSWAN PURE
device before the 1-year warranty period expires, contact Customer
Care for assistance. If we confirm a defect covered by this limited
warranty, it will be ROSSWAN ’s decision as to whether we will:
(I)replace your ROSSWAN PURE device with either a new or a
refurbished ROSSWAN PURE device that is the same as or similar to
the ROSSWAN PURE device you purchased;
(ii) repair your ROSSWAN PURE device using either new or
refurbished parts.
If we find that the defect in your ROSSWAN PURE device is not
covered under this limited warranty, we will notify you about the
service alternatives that are available on a fee basis.
If we find that your ROSSWAN PURE device is not defective, we
will notify you and return your ROSSWAN PURE device to you.
All Limited Warranty services must be authorized and performed by
ROSSWAN .
Warranty limitations and disclaimers
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and is in addition to your
statutory rights.
Your remedies for the breach of this limited warranty are limited solely
to the repair and replacement of your ROSSWAN PURE device as set
forth in this warranty statement.
