This chapter is intended to help you determine the cause of problems you may have with your 
encoder. The first section of the chapter contains a brief set of troubleshooting questions to aid 
you in determining the cause of problems that you may have. The second section explains how to 
interpret the STATUS 1-3 LEDs.
