. Replace unlock cushion

. Make sure that the guide raisers (page 5-10, item 18), on the main uprights, are seated all the way 

down on the stabilizer bars and spacers (page 5-11, items 29,30)

. Make sure toggle assembly is centered on toggle rod.

. Check mechanism for free movement. Toggle assembly should pivot up and down approximately 1/8". 

M

. Turn motor coupling (in direction of arrow) so machine makes two complete cycles. Check for proper 

clamp and guide operation throughout cycle.
