Panel Name
field.

to apply the new name.
Configuring the Edit Permissions
You choose to lock the MC1-PANEL-16 permissions so that all configurable parameters are read-only and cannot
be changed.
To configure the card edit permissions
1. From the
Tree View
, expand the node for the MC1-PANEL-16 you want to access.
2. Select the
Configuration
node to display the interface in the right-half of DashBoard.
3. Select the
Panel Name, Permission
tab.
4. Choose an option from the
Edit Permission
menu.
Configuring the Power Supply Alarms
The
Alarm Enables
tab provides options for enabling the monitoring of the power supplies installed in the
MC1-PANEL-16. When an alarm is enabled for a power supply, a message is displayed in the
Hardware
tab when
that power supply input voltage is out of range (<11.5A or >12.5A).
To configure the power supply alarms
1. From the
Tree View
, expand the node for the MC1-PANEL-16 you want to access.
2. Select the
Configuration
node to display the interface in the right-half of DashBoard.
3. Select the
Alarm Enables
tab.
4. From the
PSU Alarm Enable
area, select the box for the power supply you wish to monitor for voltage.
Mnemonic Display
The mnemonic displays under the Program bus shows the name of the source assigned to the crosspoint button
directly below it. The Channel Select buttons are mnemonic push-buttons. The overall mnemonic color and contrast
scheme of the panel can be adjusted.
