INSTALLATION
1.2 ANALYZER INSTALLATION
1.2.1 Panel Mounting (23545-00)
The analyzer is
designed to fit into a DIN standard 144 X 144 mm
(5.7 X 5.7 inch) panel cutout (
Installation requires both front and rear access

Install the analyzer as shown in
. Insert the instrument enclosure
through the front of the panel cutout and align
the panel mounting brackets as shown.
2.
Insert two mounting bracket screws through
each of the two mounting brackets and into the
tapped holes in the rear of the analyzer enclo-
sure and tighten each screw.
3.
Insert four panel mounting screws through each
hole in the mounting brackets. Tighten each
screw until the mounting bracket holds analyzer
firmly in place. To avoid damaging the analyzer
mounting brackets, do not use excessive force.
1.1 PREPARATION FOR
INSTALLATION
1.
Upon receipt of analyzer, carefully inspect the
shipping container for any evidence of damage. If
carton is damaged, notify the carrier immediately.
2.
If shipping container is not damaged, remove
analyzer and all contents.
3.
Confirm that all items shown on the packing list
are present. Notify Rosemount Analytical if items
are missing.
4.
Although the analyzer is suitable for outdoor use,
it should be located in an area where temperature
extremes, vibrations, electromagnetic and radio
frequency interferences are minimized or absent.
5.
Select an installation site that is at least one foot
from any high voltage conduit, has easy access
for operating personnel, has 115 or 230 Vac
accessible and is not in direct sunlight.
