MODEL 54 C SECTION 3
PROGRAMING THE ANALYZER
This section explains configuration of the alarms. The designations
“A1”, “A2”, “A3” and “A4” refer to relays 1,2,3 and 4, respectively.
1. From the program menu select configure menu and Enter (F4). With
the cursor on “Alarms”, press Enter (F4).
NOTE
After completing this section be sure to check the alarm set
points with function configuration (see
Section 3.1 ) if neces-
sary.

*Delays relay deactivation after reading is no longer in the alarm 1 condition
Pressing More (F3) allows configuration of alarm 2 options.

*Delays relay deactivation after reading is no longer in the alarm 2
condition
Pressing More (F3) allows configuration of alarm 3 options.

*Pressing More (F3) proceeds to screen 5 if relay 3 is a process
alarm or screen 6 if relay 3 is a timer.
**Note: If A4 configuration is “Fault” the relay will activate in a fault
condition. To activate the complete diagnostics refer to
Section 5.2 .
