Cardan shaft above topper shaft
– Carry out work required on the cardan shaft, e.g. according to the lubrication
schedule. ( See Page 96 )
– Then mount the protective casing (

) and secure it with four safety screws. Perform
a test run.
ADVICE
Lubricate the profile of the cardan shaft (

) along its entire length annually. To do this,
loosen the clamping screw on the joint fork (

) and pull out the inner profile half. After
lubrication, put the profile halves back together and fix them to the angular gear with
the joint fork clamping screw (
4
).
