warrantY & SErvicE

Your warranty period amounts to 24 months after purchasing the product.

The warranty only applies if proof of purchase can be submitted. Therefore, keep your proof of purchase in a
secure place. The warranty period commences on the purchase date.

The warranty does not apply in case of:
- normal wear and tear;
- improper use;
- insufficient maintenance;
- not respecting the operating and/or maintenance instructions;
- incompetent assembly or repairs by yourself or third parties;
- use, by the buyer, of non-original parts, at our technical department’s discretion.

The warranty does not apply to:
- normal consumer articles;
- external connection cables;
- (replaceable) indicator and lighting lamps, at our technical department’s discretion.
If the warranty is not applicable or if the warranty period has expired, the costs for the quote and/or repairs shall
be charged.
We grant a two month warranty period on any repairs carried out by our service department and any new parts,
starting from the repair date. If a defect occurs within this period which is the direct consequence of the carried
out repairs or new parts, the purchaser is entitled to free repair.
