4. WAY OF FUNCTIONING
Ideal for breakfast buffet, this heavy duty versatile conveyor toaster toasts from 300
to 540 pieces/h according to the bread, without preheating.
Both levels of 4 quartz tubes each and the belt speed can be regulated independent-
ly. The back can be removed, for front or pass through operation:

Front operation to toast bread, brioche, bagelsR

Pass through operation to toast baguettes, Ø 30 bread slices, waffles, garlic bread,
buns, small pizzas, quicheR
To turn on the toaster, just action the commutator (n°5 on picture) on the desired po-
sition (from 2 to 4). The orange pilot light (n°3 on picture) ignites. Turn on the speed
regulator knob (n°4 on picture) according to the desired cooking time (from 0 to 10)
