There is a danger to life from electric shock when working on electrical equipment.

• 

The mains connection of the timer and the tube motor and all work on electrical installations 
may only be carried out by an authorized electrician in accordance with the connection dia-
grams in these instructions.

• 

Carry out all assembly and connection work in a de-energized state.

Motor lead:

brown:

(Direction of rotation 1)

(Neutral conductor)

green-yellow:  PE  

(Protective conductor)

The direction of rotation depends on the mounting position of the motor (left/right). 
The brown/black cores may have to be swapped with each other.
