Performance Failure Table”. The product can be returned or exchanged free of charge through the detection of ROIDMI after-sales service center.
2. Within 8-15 days from the next day of your receiving signature, the product will have performance failures listed in the "Cordless Vacuum
Cleaner Product Performance Failure Table". The product can enjoy free exchange or maintenance services after tested by ROIDMI after-sales
service center.
3. Within 12 months from the next day of your receiving signature, the product has performance failures listed in the "Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
Product Performance Failure Table". The product can enjoy free maintenance services through the testing of ROIDMI after-sales service center.
Friendly Reminder: Because of the need to use packing boxes to ensure the safety of products during transportation, it is recommended that
you keep the packing boxes for at least 30 days from the date of signing and receiving.
