The manufacturer reserves the right to modify the product
and manual for the purpose of technical improvement without prior
notice. The manufacturer guarantees the good functioning of the
product provided that it has been correctly installed and the
directives for storage and usage have been respected. The
warranty implies exclusively repairing or replacing the defective
unit. The warranty does not include any indirect losses or loss of
profit. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage, whether
direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, as a result of

We certify hereby that the VOXELL unit is manufactured in
concordance with the legal provisions concerning responsibility
towards the quality of delivered products, fulfills the quality
parameters specified in its “User’s manual” and is fit for the purpose
for which it has been designed. We also warrant that the equipment
will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying
documentation.
