- Das Bundlager 2.1 und das
Zylinderlager 2.2 in den Z-Drive 2.3
eindrücken.
- Die Mutter 2.4 bis zum
Gewindeauslauf auf die Welle 2.5 auf-
drehen.
- Die Welle in den Z-Drive schieben und
auf leichten Lauf in den Lagern prüfen.
Die Lager können durch vorsichtiges
Klopfen auf die Wellenenden zentriert
werden.
- Das Kreuzgelenk aus den
Kupplungselementen 2.6 und dem
Kupplungsmittelteil 2.7 zusammenset-
zen.
- Madenschrauben 2.8 eindrehen.
- Press the flanged bush 2.1 and the
plain bush 2.2 into the Z-drive unit 2.3.
- Screw the nut 2.4 onto the shaft 2.5 as
far as the end of the threaded portion.
- Fit the shaft into the Z-drive, and check
that it rotates freely in the bushes. If
necessary, you can centre the bushes
by tapping the shaft ends gently.
- Assemble the cruciform joint from the
coupling sections 2.6 and the centre
coupling element 2.7.
- Fit the grubscrews 2.8 in place.
- Engager le palier à épaulement 2.1 et
le palier cylindrique 2.2 dans la trans-
mission en Z 2.3.
- Monter l’écrou 2.4 jusqu’en fin de file-
tage sur l’arbre 2.5.
- Glisser l’arbre dans la transmission et
veiller à ce qu’il tourne aisément dans
les paliers. Il est possible de centrer
les paliers aux extrémités de l’arbre en
les frappant très légèrement.
- Assembler le joint universel à partir
des éléments d'accouplement 2.6 et
de la partie centrale 2.7 de l'accouple-
ment.
- Mettre les vis sans tête 2.8 en place.
