FREEZING
Under moderate subfreezing conditions, antifreeze is required in the exterior fresh water tank,
black and gray waste water tanks. Use RV antifreeze in accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions.
ELECTRICAL
SERVICING
This unit has 12 volt, 110 volt and potentially a solar system that can generate as much as 60
volts. These systems need to be disconnected before working on them.
BATTERY
Never jump the under-hood battery. Use the jump points provided on the engine. See Owner's
manual for proper jumping instructions. The engine battery is located under the driver's
floorboards. The underhood battery is the coach battery. You may cause severe damage to the
coach, batteries, and on-board electronics if you jump start the coach battery.
LUG NUTS
Sprinters with the optional alloy wheels have a set of lug nuts in the toolbox in the passenger
footwell. These lug nuts must be used when mouting the steel-rim spare.
