To view a message, tap on it and then tap on the
View
button (you could also double-tap
on the message). The selected message is then displayed.
The unit’s phone number is displayed on the Inbox screen.
To receive a destination postcode by text:
You can receive a destination postcode directly through the text messaging service. The
text message must have the format:
dest
[space] [postcode]
(for example:
dest nn12 8gx
)
When your unit receives the text message, the following screen is displayed:
Tap on the
Yes
button to accept the postcode as your new destination and abandon any
existing route instructions.
