LL Error code |Inlet temperature lower than37

If the LED control board is displaying an LL error code. The unit is reading an incoming
water temperature of 37 degrees or lesser. This heater is equipped with 2 - 3
thermostats
(depending on you model) all rated a 80-140
℉
. This unit is not rated to heat past 37
℉
.
If your control board is displaying this error code, you will need to higher the incoming
water
temperature or turn clockwise to improve the set temperature to 37F. Once the unit is
receiving water higher 37
℉
the LED display will
illuminate with desired set temperature .
If this does not resolve the issue. please have your model number and order number
ready. If necessary, please send us videos related to the operation and installation of
the water heater. We will determine the water heater problem based on the video and
provide a solution.
