Follow the instructions of the navigation system only when the circum-
stances and the road traffic regulations allow you to do so! The naviga-
tion system guides you to your destination even if you deviate from the
calculated route.

Check that the unit is secured in the mount and adjusted properly before
each journey.

The United States government operates the Global Positioning System
(GPS) and is solely responsible for its accuracy and maintenance. Changes
by the United States government may affect the accuracy and perfor-
mance of all GPS equipment, including your personal navigation device.

Ordinances or laws may restrict use of certain abilities of your navigation
device on public or private land.

Protect the unit from moisture. It is not waterproof and is not protected
against water damage. The warranty does not cover water damage.

Use only the charger provided or one that has been approved by the

To clean the screen of the RW 400, use a dry cloth. Paper towels will
scratch the screen.
