Normal operation / flame detection time
The control box has a further function to guarantee the correct
burner operation (signal:
GREEN LED
permanently on).
To use this function, wait at least ten seconds from the burner ignition
and then press the control box button for a minimum of 3 seconds.
After releasing the button, the GREEN LED starts flashing, as
shown in the diagram below.
The pulses of the LED constitute a signal spaced by approxi-
mately 3 seconds.
The number of pulses will measure the probe detection time
since the opening of gas valves, according to: Tab. O

This is updated in every burner start-up.
Once read, the burner repeats the start-up cycle by briefly press-
ing the control box button.

WARNING
If the result is > 2 s, ignition will be retarded.
Check the adjustment of the hydraulic brake of the
gas valve, the air damper and the combustion
head adjustment.
WARNING
In the event of a burner lockout, more than two
consecutive burner reset operations could cause
damage to the installation. On the third lockout,
contact the Aftersales Service.
DANGER
If further lockouts or burner faults occur, interven-
tions must only be made by qualified, authorised
personnel (as indicated in this manual, and in
compliance with the laws and regulations current-
ly in force).
