the same type as that specified on the boiler rating plate and on

the coloured sticker near the boiler gas connection.

WARNING:

This  product  is  a  natural  gas  appliance  that  emits

poisonous gases; such as CO (Carbon Monoxide). For this reason,

it is required that CO detectors be installed in buildings where

the boiler is installed. Failure to do so may result in severe injury

or death.

WARNING:

Should overheating occur or the gas supply valve fail

to shut off, do not turn off or disconnect the electrical supply to

the boiler. Instead, shut off the gas supply at a location external

to the boiler.

switch may be required to de-energize the equipment before

servicing. Failure to comply with the above could result in severe

personal injury, death or substantial property damage. Failure

to adhere to the guidelines on this page can result in severe

personal injury, death or substantial property damage.

WARNING:

this product as they will continually add fresh water to the system

if there is a leak; resulting in the addition of new contaminants

that could reduce the lifespan of the boiler

.

WARNING:

There is a risk of pipes freezing if the building is left

unattended for long periods of time, in excess of 12 hrs, in freezing

temperatures.  In  the  event  the  building  will  be  unoccupied

for  long  periods  of  time,  ensure  the  proper  freeze  protection
