1.12 DHW Memory
Activating the Memory key, the machine
intelligence begins to store the user's
usage habits. After one week, the mem-
ory function will have learned the habits
in terms of domestic hot water use and
will therefore be able to preheat it for
each single demand.
Preheating is carried out in the half hour
prior to demand on the day and time
stored the previous week.
Example:
there is a demand for DHW on Thursday
15th at 7.00.
The boiler will preheat the DHW at 6.30 of
the following Thursday 22.
The user will thereby find the water al-
ready at the desired temperature when
demanding hot water at 7.00.
If the water needs to be preheated out-
side the usual habits, use the Touch & Go
function.

If there is no power supply to the
boiler, the memorised data of this
function are lost. When the power
supply is restored, the Memory func-
tion starts to log the habits from the
beginning. It follows that in order to
take advantage of the Memory func-
tion a week must pass.
1.13 Heating memory
When the Memory key is activated, the
boiler takes into account the time that
passes from the moment of firing; after
10 minutes, it increases the stored outlet
temperature by 5°C.
Memory repeats the cycle until the am-
bient temperature set on the ambient
thermostat is reached, or until the max-
imum permitted temperature is reached.
Thanks to this automatic function, you
can choose the lowest outlet tempera-
tures and, at the same time, minimise
the times needed to bring the room up
to the required temperature.
1.14 Touch & Go
If you do not want to leave the memory
function always on, or if you need hot
water straight away outside the memo-
rised uses, the domestic hot water can
be preheated just a short while before
the demand. Thanks to the Touch & Go
function, the pre-heating function is in-
stantly activated when the tap is opened
and closed, and prepares hot water only
for this single request.
