There is a smell of gas.
Check that all joints are tight and
that the pressure measurement
points are closed.
Leaks from the gas supply
circuit.
There is a smell of
combustion fumes.
Check:
- That all joints are tight.
- That the flues are not
obstructed.
- That combustion is efficient.
Leaks from the flue gas circuit
Boiler gets dirty very quickly.
Check colour of flame.
Check combustion settings.
Poor combustion.
Gas valve blocked.
Check presence of 230Vac at
terminals of gas valve. Check
wiring and connections.
Burner does not start on
signal from control panel.
Boiler does not start up.
No electrical power
(green LED off).
Check:
- electrical connections.
- fuse.
Ignition is slow and the
burner pulses.
Check setting.
Check position and condition of
electrodes.
Burner gas pressure incorrectly
adjusted.
Difficult ignition.
Combustion is uneven.
Check setting.
Check functioning.
Burner gas pressure incorrectly
adjusted.
Burner dirty and/or heat
exchanger blocked.
Fan malfunctioning.
Check condition.
Check cleanliness of pipes and
passages.
