ADJUSTING THE GAS VALVE
- Switch on mains power to the boiler.
- Open the gas cock.
- Turn the function selector to OFF/RESET (the display
shows “
- -
”)
- Unscrew the four screws (A) and remove the front trim (B).
- Press the combustion analysis button (CO)
- Wait for the burner to ignite. The display will read out
“CO” and the boiler will start functioning at maximum
central heating power. The chimney sweep function
remains active for a maximum time of 15 minutes. If the
central heating flow reaches a temperature of 85°C, the
burner shuts down. The burner will re-ignite when cen-
tral heating flow temperature drops below 75°C.
- Remove the cap and insert the combustion analysis
probe
- Turn the HTG trimmer clockwise until the fan speed for
maximum DHW power is reached (see table).
- Check the CO
2
content. If the value is not as speci-
fied in the table, adjust the gas valve maximum screw
accordingly
- Turn the HTG trimmer anticlockwise until the fan speed
for minimum DHW power is reached (see table).
- Check the CO
2
content. If the value is not as speci-
fied in the table, adjust the gas valve minimum screw
accordingly.
- Return the HTG trimmer to the fan speed for maximum
CH power (see table).
- Turn the function selector to exit chimney sweep mode.
- Remove the combustion analysis probe and replace
the cap.
- Fit the front trim (B) and secure with the four screws (A).
The combustion analysis function stops automatically if
the control card detects an error condition. If an error
occurs during combustion analysis, proceed as follows
to perform a reset. Turn the function selector to "

", and then to the desired function.
