Unplug the machine power cord before starting any of the following procedures.
Paper End Sensor (S2)
This procedure is common to the single paper feed unit and the double paper feed unit.
1.
Remove the vertical transfer roller unit ( Vertical Transfer Roller (Driving Side) ).
2.
Do the following:
1.
Remove the paper end feeler [A] ( x 2).
2.
Remove the paper end sensor (S2) [B] ( x 2, x 1).
Tray Lift Sensor (S3)
This procedure is common to the single paper feed unit and the double paper feed unit.
1.
Remove the vertical transfer roller unit ( Vertical Transfer Roller (Driving Side) ).
2.
Remove the tray lift feeler [A] ( x 2).
1.
Remove the tray lift sensor (S3) [B] ( x 2, x 1).
