This sets the number of pulses that are
generated during dialing.

N: Dialing '0' generates 10 pulses ---
Dialing '9' generates 9 pulses. (Default)

N+1: Dialing '0' generates 1 pulses ---
Dialing '9' generates 10 pulses.

10-N: Dialing '0' generates 10 pulses ---
Dialing '9' generates 1 pulse.
