Import/Export of User Tool Settings Data - 1
To export data:
Insert an SD card into the slot on the side of the operation panel.
Log in at the operation panel as an administrator with all
privileges.
Use the following user tool: [System Settings] > [Administrator
Tools] > [Device Setting Information: Export (Memry Strge Devc)].
To import data:
Insert the SD card with the settings into the slot on the side of the
operation panel.
Log in at the operation panel as an administrator with all
privileges.
Use the following user tool: [System Settings] > [Administrator
Tools] > [Device Setting Information: Import (Memry Strge Devc)].
Specify whether to [Include] or [Exclude] the "Device Unique
Information". "Device Unique Information" includes the IP
address, host name, fax number, etc.
Specify an encryption key.
