8. Troubleshooting
Paper jams will be the most common problem users will face with this
machine.
For this reason, you will study paper jam conditions in detail.
Make sure you do the practical assignments for troubleshooting paper jam
conditions.
This will let you train the user how to remove paper jams when you are at the
customer site.
