WARRANTY
> Wipe weekly with a soft cloth and disinfectant.
> Do not use organic solvents, such as acetone or abrasive cleansers.
> Inspect weekly for wear.
> If any component appears worn or is not working properly, contact
your dealer for repair and/or appropriate replacement parts.
> Consult a health care professional for advice and instructions
specific to your needs before use.
> Before use, ensure push buttons are clicked into place securely.
> Always use caution on wet or slippery surfaces.
Rear assist rail

Read and understand manual prior to use. Save for reference. If
components are damaged or missing, contact your distributor
immediately. Do not substitute parts.
1. Detach seat from toilet bowl Place bracket
of rear assist rail on back of toilet bowl w/
two holes in bracket positioned over the
holes used to fasten the toilet seat.
2. Place toilet seat on top of bracket, aligning
all holes and fasten with toilet seat bolts.
3. Push in brass button and slide rear asst rail
to appropriate hole of bracket for desired
arm width, until button clicks into place.
4. Attach the armrests to the rear assist rail
making sure brass buttons click into place.
5. Adjust armrest leg extensions according to
the height of toilet and making sure the brass
buttons click into place.
Stand with your back to center of seat, take hold of armrests and slowly sit
down. Leg extensions should be adjusted so that your feet are flat on floor
when seated.
Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover product failure due to misuse, negligence,
improper storage or handling, improper operation and unauthorized
modifications.
It is recommended but not required that the product be returned to the
Rhythm Healthcare, LLC / Lifestyle Mobility Aids dealer through whom it was
originally purchased. However all Rhythm, LMA dealers are qualified to assist
you in obtaining warranty service. If the product is to be returned to
Rhythm/LMA, prior authorization will be required. In the event of a defect
covered by this warranty, Rhythm/LMA will determine if the product will be
repaired or replaced.
