1. One end of the half crossbar has a hole positioned 
100mm from the end. Locate this.

2. Place half crossbar onto existing roof racks and mark 
the other end where it needs to be cut. This should be 
100mm from the centre of the bar.

3. Cut and drill hole as indicated.

Line up the edge of the vertical roller to the centre of 
the half crossbar as shown. Mark the location on the 
crossbar with a pencil.
