21 [Tc] Chamber Temperature
Missing Chamber temperature sensor is not
reading and is possibly
disconnected. Check chamber
temperature sensor (Ch3)
connection or check
temperature measurement
board (see section 6.7 or
6.1.3).
22 [Pai] Regulated Air-in Pressure
Missing Regulated air in pressure sensor is
not communicating. Check flow meter power
and connection (see section
6.2.1 or 6.6.6)
23 [Ps] Saturator Pressure
Missing Saturator pressure sensor is not
communicating. Check pressure sensor
power and connection (see
section 6.2.6 or 6.6.6).
24 [Pc] Chamber Pressure
Missing Chamber pressure sensor is not
communicating. Check pressure sensor
power and connection (see
section 6.2.7 or 6.6.6).
26 [Prl] Refrigeration Pressure
Low Missing Low side refrigeration pressure
sensor is not communicating. Check pressure sensor
power and connection. (see
section 6.4.6 or 6.6.3)

High Missing High side refrigeration pressure
sensor is not communicating. Check pressure sensor
