STEP 3: Using tyre levers, remove outside tyre bead from wheel rim, unscrew valve
securing ring (if fitted with Presta valves only) and remove tube.
STEP 4: Remove tyre from rim.
STEP 5: Reverse step 3 and 4 to fit tyre/tube. Ensure direction of tyre is correct (tread
always points forward).
STEP 6: Inflate the tyre to the correct psi rating on the side wall of the tyre.
STEP 7: Reinstall rear wheel to the chair.
WARNING!
Ensure the correct size tyre is used with the wheel rim. Failure to use the
correct size could result in personal injury or property damage.
WARNING!
When replacing wheel parts, ensure the size is the same as the original
factory fitted wheels. Failure to use the correct wheel components could result in
reduced performance or even personal injury or property damage.

CAMBER BAR
The following section contains information regarding the adjustment and replacement of the
camber bar and the clamp that secures it.
4.6.1. ADJUSTING CAMBER BAR POSITION
Follow the steps below to adjust the camber bar position either forwards or backwards;
STEP 1: Remove the rear wheels from the chair.
STEP 2: Using a 5mm Allen key, release the 4 bolts
on the top of both camber bar clamps until camber
bar clamp can move freely,
see image 13.
STEP 3: Re-position camber bar along frame.
STEP 4: Measure the distance from the back of the
chair to a fixed point on the camber bar clamp.
Both sides should be identical.
STEP 5: Tighten 4 bolts to secure, in a sequence
which secures each side evenly.
STEP 6: Measure the distance from the back of the
chair to a fixed point on the camber bar clamp. Both sides should be identical.
STEP 7: Roll the chair before using to make sure there is no excessive drag to either
side.
WARNING!
To prevent damage and wear of parts, DO NOT over tighten the bolts on
the camber bar clamp.
WARNING!
Moving the camber bar forwards REDUCES STABILITY and improves
manoeuvrability. Moving the camber bar backwards increases stability but REDUCES
MANOEUVRABILITY.
WARNING!
The camber bar position is directly related to the chairs stability and centre
of gravity. Any adjustment may cause the chair to decrease in stability. Use EXTREME
caution when using a new seating position for the first time.
