ASSEMBLE LIFTING PLATFORM TO FRAME
1.
Refer to Figure 3-3.
Ensure all platform (5) fastenings are tight before mounting onto the frame.
2.
Identify the A-D spreader tube on the platform.
3.
Lift the A-D frame side (3) and position it along an A-D spreader tube side of the platform.
4.
Place a platform corner onto each of the foot plates so that the frame side stands.
5.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for the B-C frame side (4) of the lift.
CAUTION:
THE LOAD AND SPREADER TUBES OF THE PLATFORM ARE ALREADY REEVED. WHEN
PLACING THE ASSEMBLED PLATFORM INTO THE FRAME, ENSURE THE CABLE
LOOPS ARE PASSING OVER THE SHEAVES AND POINTING TOWARDS THE BOTTOM
TUBE OF EACH FRAME SIDE. EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION AND DAMAGE WILL
RESULT IF THE PLATFORM IS NOT ORIENTED THIS WAY.
