The process for accessing the reader’s file system from Windows

can vary depending on your operat-
ing system version and build. This troubleshooting guide allows you to verify each component need-
ed for full communication support.
The screen shots were captured in Windows 10. If you are not using Windows 10, your views may be
slightly different, but the verification approach supports all versions of Windows.
