2.2 Clearing Registrations in the LIO or LIO Base

If you wish to un-register a LIO Belt Pack from a LIO Base, please follow instructions below to clear the 
registration on the LIO Belt Pack.

1. 

Turn off LIO Bases and LIO Belt Packs.

2. 

Press the power button on LIO Belt Pack. The “slow blink” pattern will appear on LIO Belt Pack.

3. 

Hold down power button for 13-seconds. After the first 3-seconds, you will see the “fast blink” 
followed by the slow blink pattern.

4. 

Remove battery from the LIO Belt Pack.

5. 

Insert battery into LIO Belt Pack to reboot and power on LIO Belt Pack. Your LIO Belt Pack is now 
cleared and will show “no registration” per Table 4.

If you need to remove any LIO Belt Pack(s), you must clear the registration on LIO’s Base, following 
the instructions below.

*NOTE: Once LIO Base is cleared, you will need to re-register all LIO Belt Packs.

1. 

Turn off all LIO Belt Packs that are already registered to the LIO Base.

2. 

Unplug power supply to the LIO Base.

3. 

Plug power supply to the LIO Base to reboot. LIO Base will indicate the “slow blink” pattern.

4. 

Hold down LIO Base’s button for 13-seconds. The “fast blink” pattern will show after 3-seconds, 
followed by the “no registration” pattern. (Table 4)

5. 

Repeat step 4.

6. 

Your LIO Base is now cleared.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

2.1 Sound/Volume Control on LIO Belt Pack

1. 

Use “up”        and “down”         button on LIO Belt Pack to control sound/volume.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you do not hear audio through your LIO Belt Pack, ensure that it is turned on and registered. You 
will know that the LIO Belt Pack is registered when the power light is solid on. If both the LIO Base 
and LIO Belt Pack are powered on and registered, but no audio is heard, ensure that the kitchen 
speaker is enabled and volume is turned up on your drive-thru base station.
