BI-ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
Re-lubricate coupling if using general purpose grease. If
coupling leaks grease, is exposed to extreme temperatures,
excessive moisture or frequent reversals; frequent lubrication
may be required.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
For extreme or unusual operating conditions, check coupling
more frequently.
1.
Check alignment. If the maximum operating misalignment
values are exceeded, realign the coupling to the
recommended installation values. See Table 4, for
installation and maximum operating misalignment values.
2. Check tightening torques of all fasteners.
3. Inspect seal ring and gasket to determine if replacement
is required.
4. Re-lubricate coupling if using general purpose grease.
