ILLUSTRATED PARTS MANUAL:
FLOWLINE COMB & WIRE
BINDER RANGE
SECTION 2 – SELECTOR SWITCHES
MODELS CB405E, WB705E
Removal :-
1.
Plug machine into mains socket and switch on.
2.
Press punch operating button to begin punch cycle.
3.
When the machine reaches the forward stroke of the punch cycle, switch off power at mains.
4.
Press down front edges of selector switches.
5.
Insert screwdriver into aperture at rear of switches and lever upwards until switch disengages from
cover.
6.
Disengage switch from internal selector mechanism and withdraw selector switch from top cover
aperture.
Replacement :-
1.
Plug machine into mains socket and switch on.
2.
Press punch operating button to begin punch cycle.
3.
When the machine reaches the forward stroke of the punch cycle, switch off power at mains.
4.
Check position of selector switch with marking on switch, (L – left, M – middle, R – right).
Note – on WB705E there are 2 selector switches fitted (L and M)
5.
Insert front edge of selector switch into front half of switch aperture in cover and locate peg on
switch under internal selector mechanism arms.
6.
Snap fit switch onto pivot in top cover.
7.
Check operation of selector switches.
