Electrical instructions
If a fixed device is not fitted with a mains lead and a plug
or other means of switching it off which has a contact
width on each pole which meets the conditions in over-
voltage category III for full isolation, then such a means
of isolation must be built in to the fixed electrical installa-
tion in line with the construction provisions.
If the mains connection lead on the device is damaged,
it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its Customer
Service or a similarly qualified person, in order to pre-
vent hazards.
The machine must be protected by a separate fuse group.
In accordance with the Low Voltage Directive, in wet and
damp rooms, the outlet must be protected against power
supply faults. In the case of machines with additional de-
vices, extra sockets (1N 230V) are required.
CAUTION: Breaks in the neutral conductor can destroy
the control unit.
Protect the control unit
The connectors of the control unit must never be con-
nected or disconnected under current.
The connector of the heater must be disconnected be-
fore installation to protect the heating system.
The boiler must first be filled with water.
Food suitability
The coffee machine is approved for use with the follow-
ing foods:
• Drinking water
by fixed water connection
• Pure coffee beans without additives, in the bean
hopper
• Ground coffee by the powder slot (not soluble cof-
fee)
Coffee machine with an instant module:
• Instant powder
Coffee machine with a milk module:
• Standardized whole milk
preferably with 3.5% milk fat
Cleaning
Daily care of the coffee machine is very important. It
gua rantees a neutral taste and longer service life of your
coffee machine. The innovative construction offers a
quick and easy cleaning. Note the chapter cleaning and
maintenance.

have decided in favour to high quality product. We take
this opportunity to give our customers few tips on how to
keep your coffee machine in good condition for a long
time, and to ensure that your coffee is always on the
highest quality.
The optimal quality of beverage
Observe the general hygiene rules for milk, instant and
coffee products.
• Only use refrigerated milk with a maximum tempe-
rature of 5°C.
• Only use high quality coffee beans. Try to match your
coffee products to your customers requests under
consideration of strength, variety, roast, etc.
• Store your coffee beans in a cool, dry place. Never
leave the coffee unsealed.
• Close the hopper immediately after refill. Never fill
the bean hoppers before a long break, e.g. overnight
or over the weekend.
• Use only approved instant powder.
• Flush the machine befor a long break.
Service
A professional machine demands professional service.
We recommend the coffee machine to be serviced twice
a year trained service technicians. Regular servicing ex-
tends the service life of your coffee machine. In addition,
the service technician will set your machine to the opti-
mum quality and functioning.
You can ensure the best care for your coffee machine by
conducting out a service contract.
