Change of batteries:
Please change dead batteries promptly. The settings are not cleared, if the
batteries are changed within one minute. Weak batteries reduce the range a
lot.
Choice of melodies:
1. Turn the slide switch of the device to „ON”, after the insertion of the
batteries.
2. Open the transmitter on the backside. Over the plug-bridge #9 you can
choose the desired melody. Totally there are three different melodies
available.
3. To adjust the different melodies, you have to put the plug-bridge #9 in the
three different positions. Position 1-2 (Big Ben), Pos. 2-3 (two-tone) or
don‘t plug in the bridge (three-tone).

Change of code in the case of interferences:
If there are interferences with other radio-units or the chime is disturbed by
other devices, the transmitter-code must be changed:
A: Adjust a new sender-code on the sender:
1. Push the button #8 until the LED lights.
2. Push the button #8 once again within 5 seconds. The LED blinks.
Now a new code is created.
B: Inherit a new code on the receiver
1. Carry out sequence A.
2. Push button #2 on the receiver, to start the learning process.
3. Push the push-button #5 on the transmitter within 7 seconds. The LED #6
on the transmitter lights during the hitting.
4. If the learning process is successful, the LED #3 on the receiver blinks
three times and the adjusted melody is played.
Wall fastening:
Chime unit:
1. Screw the enclosed screw in the wall, until it sticks out about 5mm.
2. On the backside of the gong there‘s the lug #10.
3. Hang the chime with the lug up on the screw.
Chime unit:
1. Remove the housing cover #7.
2. Fix the housing cover with the enclosed screw on the wall.
3. Put the front of the sender on the housing cover again.

Replace the batteries:
Chime unit:
The batteries (3 pieces, 1,5V, type C) are inserted on the backside of the chime,
after the cover #4 (push cover in the direction of the arrow) is opened. Pay
attention to the polarity, which is marked in the battery case.
Push-button:
The batteries (1 piece, 12V, type 23A) is inserted in the push-button, after the
cover #7 (the lock-in on the front of the push-button must be pushed in with
a screwdriver) is opened. Pay attention to the polarity, which is marked in the
push-button. The push-button is delivered with already inserted batteries.
