Automatic ON/OFF
You can set your
fi
replace to come on before you wake up and turn off after you
leave and then, turn on again just before you come home and turn off after going
to bed.
You can leave it like this for the heating season.
Decide what temperature you want your
fi
replace to be at. Also, decide what
time you want your
fi
replace to turn on and off. Finally, decide what time you
want it to come back on and off in the afternoon or evening. For the
fi
rst few
times you set the timer, it’s handy to write these times down.
Set the temperature (just as you did in the section
Setting the Temperature.)
Press the
TIMER
button and hold it until

appears and flashes. Let go.

replace to turn on in the morning.

To temporarily override the timer setting, just press
AUTO

to go back
to manual settings. Press
TIMER
to go back to your settings.
When your remote control displays

, you need to replace the battery with a
new 9 volt alkaline battery—6LR61/MN1604.
