4.2 PROGRAMS
The Program mode enables the combi oven to be utilised to the maximum
extent possible, with ultimate control comfort ensuring that the fi nal
products are repeatedly of the highest quality.
4.2.1 Cooking according to a program

All program steps appear on a single screen. They can be edited,
or a new step can be added.

Select and edit the parameters B1 to B9 as required
