Setup Mode
The Opus 21 offers customization features accessible in the SETUP mode. For example, the inital
volume setting on power-up can be changed from the default of 50. To access this mode, place the
Opus 21 in standby (via remote control or front panel) and then press the REPEAT button on the
remote. Successive presses of the PLAY button will display the setup options as well as displaying the
firmware revisions present in each product. The custom settings selected in setup will be remembered
when power is disconnected. To exit setup mode, press the REPEAT button. The Opus 21 will re-enter
standby mode.
In setup mode, the tuner region can be changed. This will set the tuning steps and frequencies available for
the selected region. Note that changing regions will also clear all stored preset stations. Presets may also be
cleared by pressing the ‘5’ button during the appropriate setup option as indicated on the display.
