– Allows for a maximum pressure loss of approx. 80 Pa (+ pressure loss of the extractor must be added
separately).
7.5.2 • Air duct for discharge
• Use the RENSON* facade or gland. This is designed to function with a low pressure loss.
• Avoid sharp bends (< 90°) in the discharge line. A gentle bend creates less pressure loss and
less noise.
• Min. 0.5 m straight pipe (hose) downline of the ventilator unit before a bend may be used in
the discharge line.
• Indicative value for length of flexible aluminium discharge line (Aludec/lsodec): straight hose!

• In order to prevent the formation of condensation in the ducts, insulated lines should be used if
these lines are located outside the insulated volume of the apartment.
