1 • Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your Healthbox ventilation system!
We are convinced that you have made the right choice. With the Healthbox you have the
guarantee that your home is correctly ventilated in an energy-efficient way, creating a healthy
indoor climate for you.
Heat loss is drastically reduced by automatically adapting the ventilation rate of the system to
your way of life. If you have also chosen the Smartzone(s) option, you can also enjoy demand-
controlled ventilation in the bedroom(s).

1.1 • General safety instructions
Always take the following safety regulations, warnings, remarks and instructions into
consideration when installing the Healthbox. Non-compliance can result in damaging the
appliance or in personal injury. RENSON
®
cannot be held accountable in such situations.
• The installation of the Healthbox has to be performed in accordance with general and local
construction, safety and installation regulations.
• Only a qualified RENSON
®
installer can install the Healthbox, connect, execute operation, fill
in the completion protocol, read the pressure of the system and maintain the system.
• All electrical wiring work must be carried out by a qualified person
• Make sure the electrical power supply corresponds to 230 V, 1-phase, 50 Hz
• The Healthbox is designed in a way that it is not possible to come into contact with moving or
live parts during normal use and without deliberate action.
• The appliance needs to be installed in a way that prevents accidental contact. This means that
under normal circumstances nobody should come in contact with the live components without
performing a conscious action such as:
– Taking off the lid without proper tools
– Removing the motor of the fan after removing the lid with proper tools
– Removing a ventilation duct or control valve while the system is operating.
