ASSEMBLY
The assembly is made through rapid and simple operations.
1. Initial situation after the removal from the box (fig.1)
2. Insert the supply pipe into the pipe fitting of the motor (fig.2)
3. Place the fastener in its fixing position paying attention to the correct alignment of the handle
in relation to the mechanical lock for the rotation (fig.3)
4. Lock the two screws of the fastener using a medium threadlocker (Loctite Blue) in order to ensure a
perfect tightening of the handle (fig.4)
5. Screw the air valve at the end of the handle (fig.5)
6. Screw the male connector of the pipe fitting of ½” at the air valve
7. Install the filter-lubricator on your pneumatic line paying attention to adjust the output pressure
at 6 bar and setting a lubrication as recommended at page 9
8. Connect the filter-lubricator and the moviroll with the spiral pipe 12X15
Connect your pneumatic line to the device trying to eliminate bottlenecks and air loss. The machine works
at 6 bar air pressure. Please find the air consumption schedule at page 9. It is important to verify that along
the length of the air supply there is no reduction of the air pipe or air loss. This could create a power loss
of the machine with poor performance.
