The non-compliance with the above parameters may cause damage to the internal components of the motor.
In this case Renova srl disassociates itself from any responsibility. Any foreign matter that gets into the motor
such as dirt, metallic powder or other, may cause a permanent damage and the subsequent seizure of it. The
greatest attention must be paid to the methods of air filtering.
AIR PRESSURE
The recommended air pressure is about 6 bar constants (85 psi).
A lower air pressure leads to a performance reduction.
A higher air pressure may damage the motor.
use and maintenance
After the mounting and the installation according to the correct parameters it is possible starting to use the
moviroll .
Place moviroll in front of the roll and in contact with it. After checking there are not obstacles along the
way, press the valve lever of the handle and drive the roll effortlessly to the desired destination.
To perform the lift up of the roll on sliders, place the roll in contact with the slider and afterward place
moviroll
at the center of the roll length. Then gradually press the air lever until the complete lift up of the
roll.
Never exceed the weight limit allowed and guaranteed by the moviroll . The excessive effort required for a
not permitted load may cause irreversible damage to the motor and other components.
The drive roller and the transport rollers must be kept clean from dust, oil and grease.
If the device loses power please check:

air pressure

lubrication

check and clean the air filter of motor entry.
The correct tightening of the threaded elements must be checked every 4 months. The weak or medium
thread lockers (Loctite Blue)
must be used in the case the screws are disassembled and then assembled
again.
