Intended use

This docking station is intended to connect up to 14 additional devices using only one USB-C

TM

 

port on a laptop or mobile device (e.g. smartphone, tablet). It features two HDMI and one VGA 

port for connecting monitors. Refer to the "Technical Data" section for information on supported 

operating systems.
This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture 

(e.g. in a bathroom) must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, do not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use the 

product for purposes other than those described above, it may be damaged. In addition, 

improper use can cause hazards such as a short circuit or fire. Read the operating instructions 

carefully and store them in a safe place. Only make this product available to third parties 

together with its operating instructions.

•  This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
•  Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. It may become a 

dangerous toy for children.

•  Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high 

humidity, moisture, flammable gases, vapours and solvents.

•  Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
•  Handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height may 

damage the product.

•  When setting up the product, make sure that the cables are not pinched, kinked 

or damaged by sharp edges.

•  Always lay the cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them. 

Risk of injury.

•  The product must be easily accessible at all times.
•  Never use the product immediately after it has been taken from a cold room into to 

a warm one. This may cause condensation to form, which can destroy the product. 

Allow the product to reach room temperature before connecting it and putting it 

into use. This may take several hours.

•  If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, stop using it and prevent 

unauthorised use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:

 - is visibly damaged, 
 - is no longer working properly, 
 - has been stored for extended periods in adverse ambient conditions or
 - has been subjected to any serious transport-related stress.

•  Consult a technician if you are not sure how to use or connect the product, or if 

you have concerns about safety.

• 

Maintenance, modifications and repairs may only be carried out by a technician 

or a specialist repair centre.

•  If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions,

Setup

  Some operating systems are not compatible with this product. Refer to the "Technical 

data" section for information on supported operating systems.

• 

Place the docking station on a firm, scratch-proof surface next to your laptop or mobile 

device.

•  Connect the USB-C

Ensure the charger meets the power supply requirements (voltage and power) of your 

laptop or mobile device.

  If a charger is plugged into or disconnected from the USB-C

,  the  connected  laptop  or  mobile  device  will  be  briefly 

disconnected and reconnected within a few seconds. To avoid data loss, do not plug 

in or disconnect the charger when data is being transferred.

a keyboard or mouse.

  When transferring data, always make sure that your mobile device is sufficiently 

charged. A suddenly discharged battery can lead to data loss during data transfer.

  When an external device (e.g. keyboard or display) is connected, it may not work 

immediately. It may take several seconds for an external device to be activated.
