A heavy duty cord support bracket is available for both
Magnum and Magnum GO models, as seen in figure 3. This
accessory will support the power cord for added durability.
Two pry slots are located near the bottom of the part to
allow for removal.

If your lamp is not performing as expected, execute these steps before contacting your distributor:
Check all power cords for abrasions or damage and replace as necessary.
Ensure the pins on the female DC power socket have a 2mm gap between them.
Make sure that the UV lens is clean and free of cracks or scratches.
If using a battery-operated model, confirm battery is adequately charged. (2+ bars)
Ensure that the power supply is supplying DC Power.
Recertification services for all lamps are available upon request. Please contact our sales department for more
details regarding factory recertification.
